How safe is it for the kids?

FamilyGym play gyms have been rigorously tested to support up to 200kg (440lb) on the frame, enabling us to recommend a maximum allowable load of 100kg (220lb). We have meticulously covered all sharp edges and holes to prevent hand injuries, and the bars are equipped with anti-slip grips for added safety. It's essential to carefully follow the assembly instructions and check the integrity of the entire unit before allowing your children to use it. Regularly inspect the tension and safety of the wall mounts. Additionally, teach your children basic safety rules and supervise them closely while they are using the play gym. We highly recommend using safety mats or crash pads with our play gyms

What are the benefits of the FamilyGym play gyms?

Check out our blog post which highlights all the benefits. In a nutshell, the FamilyGym play gyms help your children develop strength and dexterity. Kids need to stay active, and LadderKids play gyms keep them engaged both physically and mentally. Firstly, the play gyms help your children build strength and develop muscles. Secondly, the play gyms stimulate brain development through the various and creative ways they can be used. Our play gyms are also excellent for children with autism and other physical disabilities. They promote independence, individual thinking, and creativity. For more information, contact us at familygymusa@gmail.com

I know I am an adult but it looks like so much fun, can I use it too?

If you weigh less than 220lbs, go for it! We receive plenty of feedback from moms and dads who enjoy using the play gyms and provide us with suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Additionally, we offer some cool dip stations and extra equipment that adults can use too. Why not use the LadderKids play gyms to get the entire family fit?

Will my walls or ceiling be able to hold the play gym? My house is made out of wood

You should install the play gyms on a stud or joist, either on the ceiling or the wall. Using a stud finder device will simplify this process. If the distance between the studs doesn't work or you're uncertain about your ceiling's capabilities, you can secure a piece of plywood to the wall using at least two studs and mount the gym to the plywood. Since American homes vary greatly, we encourage you to use common sense and seek advice if needed. Do not install the gym on office-type ceilings; if you can poke a hole in it with your finger, it's not suitable for installation. If you're still unsure, give us a call and we can offer specific advice! We will also upload a video to address this specific topic soon. For more information, contact us at familygymusa@gmail.com

What if my ceiling is too high?

We offer ladder extensions. For more information, contact us at familygymusa@gmail.com

Can it be installed on a carpeted floor?

Yes, the carpet will compress, so it's a good idea to check it the next day to ensure the necessary tension is maintained. Periodically checking the tension is recommended. For more information, contact us at familygymusa@gmail.com

How much space does it take?

Dimensions are provided under the descriptions of each model. It's important to allow for a safe zone around the gym itself; we recommend at least a 3ft radius to give your kids space to play freely and safely. For more information, contact us at familygymusa@gmail.com

What is the best age to start with FamilyGym play gyms?

We recommend our play gyms for children aged 3 and up. You can adjust the height of the monkey bars and the pull-up bar, as well as the length of nearly all additional equipment, including rings, ropes, and swings. Our play gyms will become your kids’ favorite activity for years to come!

What do you mean by the ‘adjustable and modular gym’?

We want our play gyms to grow with your child, so they are designed to be adjustable. Our gyms can be configured based on your ceiling height and your child's height. You can easily adjust the height of the monkey bars or pull-up bars. The length of the rings, trapeze, swings, ropes, and other equipment can be modified in minutes. Additionally, you can find extra equipment like bars with nets, pull-up bars, dip stations, and more in our additional equipment section. We are continually adding new items, so check back regularly!

What if I have some missing or damaged parts?

It can be frustrating when things get lost during unpacking (especially with little helpers around :-) ), or if we missed something while packaging the play gyms. In any case, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will ensure you receive a replacement. Send us an email at familygymusa@gmail.com

What are the warranty terms?

We provide a 12-month manufacturer warranty, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues beyond that period. We expect your play gym to last at least 5 years and will do our best to assist you in maintaining it

What is the best way to reach us?
